Pickup only — no shipping. This is a pre-order for in-person pickup only. Items will not be shipped to your address. Orders must be collected at 10 Years of Reality Club Live in Kuala Lumpur on 13 November 2026. This pre-order is available to ticket holders of the event only.
Pre-order period. The pre-order opens October, 26th 2026 at 19.00 GMT+7 and closes November, 3rd at 23.59 GMT+7, or earlier if the run sells out. Orders placed outside this window cannot be processed.
Payment. Full payment is required at checkout. An order is confirmed only once payment clears. Unpaid orders are released automatically after 1 hour and the slot may be taken by another buyer.
Made to order — all sales final. Each piece is produced to order based on pre-order numbers. Cancellations, exchanges (including size or colour swaps), and refunds are not accepted once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your size and order details before paying.
Sizing. Refer to the size chart on the product page before ordering; choosing the wrong size is not grounds for exchange or refund. Measurements are taken flat and may vary by approximately ±2 cm due to the cut-and-sew process.
Pickup requirements. To collect your order, simply present your proof of transaction (order confirmation email or screenshot). Pickup location and hours at the venue will be announced via email before the event. Please keep your proof of transaction private, as orders will be released to whoever presents it.
Unclaimed orders. Orders not collected during the pickup hours on 13 November 2026 will be [forfeited without refund / held for collection at a later date, with any shipping costs charged to the buyer]. Missing the event for any reason is not grounds for a refund.
Production timeline. Production timelines depend on third-party manufacturers. While we aim to have all orders ready for pickup on 13 November 2026, unforeseen production delays may occur. In that case, affected buyers will be contacted via email with alternative arrangements.
Manufacturing variances. Garments are cut, sewn, and printed through hand-operated processes. The following are inherent to apparel production and are not considered defects: minor measurement variations within the stated tolerance, slight fabric-shade differences between batches, small print-placement shifts, and minor colour variation between the on-screen image and the finished print.
Check your order at pickup. Please check that your items match your order (size, colour, quantity) before leaving the pickup counter. Claims for wrong or missing items cannot be accepted once you have left the pickup area.
Print & garment defects. Genuine faults — significant misprints, prints that crack or peel on first wash under normal care, open seams, or holes — will be replaced free of charge, subject to available stock. Claims must be submitted within 2 days of pickup to cs.sdy@suneatercoven.com with clear photos/video of the issue. If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund for the affected item will be issued.
Product appearance. Mockups, renders, and product photos are for illustration only. Final fabric, print finish, trims, and colour may differ slightly from the images shown.
Not for commercial resale. This is a limited pre-order release intended for personal use. Orders identified as reselling may be cancelled at our discretion with a full refund.
Agreement. By placing a pre-order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.

About the artist

Reality Club

Indie-rock band Reality Club brings sharp, catchy, emotionally charged energy to Indonesia's music scene. The identity of their work is homemade craft turned global — poetic yet relatable songs built on catchy guitar riffs and strong vocals, drawing on influences like Arctic Monkeys, Two Door Cinema Club, and The Strokes. Formed in Jakarta in 2016, the band famously self-produced its early material in guitarist Faiz Novascotia Saripudin's bedroom, and now consists of siblings Fathia "Cia" Izzati (vocals, keys) and Faiz (vocals, guitar) alongside Nugi Wicaksono (bass) and Era Patigo (drums). What makes Reality Club distinctive is how far that DIY, self-releasing spirit has carried them — from free mall gigs in their early days to a devoted fanbase of millions of monthly listeners.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+7) on a business day (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day and dispatched within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+7) are processed the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following business day.
During periods of high order volume, such as promotions or holidays, processing may take longer than usual.

Frequently asked questions

Because all payments are processed through our payment gateway (Xendit), orders can't be manually changed or cancelled once placed. If you haven't paid yet, just leave the order unpaid and it will expire automatically after 24hours — no charge is made for an expired, unpaid order.

Once your order is dispatched, it's handed to our third-party logistics (3PL) partner. You'll receive an email with your tracking number (resi), and you can also find it anytime underOrdersin your profile. Tracking updates appear once the parcel is scanned in by the courier.

Immediate delivery means the item is ready to ship right away. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll process and send your order without any waiting period—unlike pre-orders, which are shipped only after an upcoming release date.

Please note that "immediate" refers to how quickly we process and dispatch your order, not the actual shipping or courier transit time, which depends on your location and chosen delivery service.

A pre-order lets you reserve an item before it's officially released or back in stock. By ordering in advance, you secure your copy—which is especially useful for limited or high-demand releases—and it will be shipped once it becomes available.

Please note that pre-order items are shipped on or after the scheduled release date, not immediately after purchase. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
