Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphic images, photographic images, audio, video, and program code such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, are subject to copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
These rights and any material on the Site are owned by or licensed to Sing, Dance and You and may not be reproduced, transmitted, communicated, adapted, distributed, sold, modified, published, or otherwise used, except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
Information Provided
Information about goods on the Site is based on material provided by third-party merchants, suppliers, and/or product manufacturers. Except as required by law, we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or errors caused by incorrect information supplied to us or by these third parties.
Due to photographic and screen limitations, some actual products (in particular clothing, apparel, and footwear) may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example, in colour) from the way they appear on the Site.
Sizing
Sizing information is provided on each individual product page. Please review the sizing details on the product page before placing your order.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of VAT (PPN). Prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated separately at checkout.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Xendit. Available payment methods include:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- E-wallet
All transactions are handled directly by Xendit through its secure, encrypted systems. You will be redirected to complete your payment; please allow the payment screen time to finish loading so your order processes correctly.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because payments are processed through our payment gateway, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
- If you no longer wish to proceed with an order, simply leave it unpaid and allow it to expire automatically. No charge will be made for an expired, unpaid order.
- If you wish to order a different item, size, or quantity, please place a new order.
Please note that a receipt automatically generated after checkout confirms your purchase intent but does not constitute a binding contract. Sing, Dance and You reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to insufficient stock, payment authorisation issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other unforeseen circumstance. Where an order is cancelled by us after payment, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Availability
Sing, Dance and You does not guarantee the availability of items listed on the Site. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
Whether or not a sold-out item is restocked is at the sole discretion of Sing, Dance and You. Placing an order does not establish a binding contract; orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, payment errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer and to cancel any order or part of an order.
