Cancelling an Order

Because all payments are processed through our payment gateway (Xendit), orders cannot be manually changed or cancelled once they have been placed.

If You Haven't Paid Yet

If you decide not to proceed with an order before completing payment, you don't need to do anything. Simply leave the order unpaid and it will expire automatically after 24 hours. No charge will be made for an expired, unpaid order.

If You Want a Different Item, Size, or Quantity

To change an item, size, or quantity, please place a new order with the correct details. Your unpaid original order will expire on its own.

If You've Already Paid

Once payment is completed, the order is confirmed and enters processing and cannot be cancelled on request. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

Cancellations by Sing, Dance and You

Sing, Dance and You reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to insufficient stock, payment authorisation issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other unforeseen circumstance. Where an order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
