How many boxsets can I order?
One (1) per person. Orders that share the same name, email, phone number, shipping address, or payment account count as a single order — duplicates are cancelled and refunded (minus payment gateway fees, if any).

Can I buy the boxset together with other items?
No. The boxset must be purchased in its own separate transaction. Please don't add other products to the same cart — combined orders may be cancelled and refunded, or held until it's resolved. Check out any other items separately.

When does the pre-order open and close?
It opens 27 August 2026 and closes 5 September 2026 at 23:59 GMT+7 — or earlier if it sells out. Orders outside this window can't be processed.

How does payment work?
Full payment is required at checkout, and your order is only confirmed once payment clears. Unpaid orders are released automatically after 1 hour, and your slot may be taken by another buyer.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. If you're using a BRI or BNI card, the installment option shows up directly at checkout. For other banks, complete checkout as a normal payment, then convert the transaction to installments through your own bank's app.

Can I cancel, exchange, or get a refund?
No. This boxset is made to order, so all sales are final once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your order details before paying.

When will my order ship?
Estimated shipping is November 2026. Vinyl production depends on third-party pressing plants and timelines can change without notice — this is an estimate, not a guarantee, and delays aren't grounds for cancellation or refund. We'll email you every schedule update directly.

How big and heavy is the boxset?
The box measures approximately 40 × 40 × 8 cm and weighs around 2.5 kg.

Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes can be requested up to 1 November 2026 by emailing cs.sdy@suneatercoven.com with your order number. If the new address falls in a different shipping zone or rate, you'll pay the difference before we ship (if it's cheaper, the difference isn't refundable). No changes after 1 November 2026 or once dispatched, whichever comes first. We're not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses — re-shipping and any extra courier or storage fees are charged to you. Since shipping may be several months after ordering, please make sure your address will still be valid then.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Will it look exactly like the photos?
Mockups, renders, and product photos are for illustration only. Final packaging, inserts, print finish, and colour may differ slightly from the images shown.

Are small imperfections normal?
Yes. Records are pressed and assembled by hand-operated processes, so the following are inherent to vinyl and not considered defects: slight edge warping that doesn't affect playback, minor surface noise, light seam splits, corner dings or scuffs on the outer box, and small variations in colour, marbling, or splatter on coloured pressings.

What if my record has a genuine pressing fault?
Real faults — skipping, non-fill, off-centre spindle holes, or severe warping that prevents playback — are replaced free of charge, subject to available stock. Submit your claim within 7 days of delivery with video evidence of the issue during playback on properly calibrated equipment. If no replacement stock is available, we'll refund the affected record.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or with missing items?
Submit your claim within 3×24 hours of delivery with an unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened, plus clear photos of the outer packaging and contents. Claims without this documentation can't be processed.

Is this release for resale?
No — it's a limited, exclusive release for personal use. Orders identified as bulk buying or reselling may be cancelled at our discretion with a full refund.
